By using shortsubs.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("ToS"). If you do not accept these terms, you should not use our Service ("we," "us," or "our").

shortsubs.com is an online platform that provides users with the power to transcribe and automatically subtitle videos. Users upload their videos, and the platform generates accurate transcriptions and synced subtitles using advanced AI models. We do not store sensitive billing information or video content on our servers beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.

To use shortsubs.com, you must provide a valid Google account or a verified email address via a magic link, and upload a video file. You are solely responsible for the content you upload to the platform. If we detect any violation of our Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service. Signing in with Google is required to access the platform.

You agree to use shortsubs.com in compliance with these ToS and all applicable laws. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful activities or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or damage the platform.
• Access another user's data without authorization.
• Share, resell, or misuse data retrieved via shortsubs.com in violation of Stripe's terms or applicable laws.

All intellectual property rights related to the shortsubs.com platform, including its design, functionality, and branding, are the property of Octomatize SIA, a company registered in Latvia. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited license to use the platform solely for its intended purpose.

shortsubs.com operates on a subscription model with the following plans:

• Free: Allows a single video upload with support for transcription and subtitle generation.
• Starter Bundle: Includes up to 12 video uploads with transcription and subtitle generation. See the pricing section for details.
• Growth Bundle: Includes up to 35 video uploads with transcription and subtitle generation. See the pricing section for details.

Payments are securely processed through trusted gateways. These plans do not renew automatically(pay-as-yo-go). Each purchase is a one-time transaction. No refunds are provided for unused or partially used credits. We reserve the right to update pricing or features with prior notice.

We collect only the essential information needed to facilitate the Service: your email address and videos. We do not store or access sensitive google data beyond the scope of login. For more information, consult our Privacy Policy.

shortsubs.com is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim liability for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, resulting from your use of the platform. You acknowledge that invoice processing and data integrity rely on Stripe's APIs, which are outside of our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any interruptions, errors, or data loss arising from the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to shortsubs.comat any time, with or without notice, if you violate these terms, misuse the platform, or engage in activities that compromise the integrity of the Service or other users. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.

We reserve the right to update or modify these ToS at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These ToS are governed by the laws of Latvia. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of shortsubs.com shall be resolved in the courts of Latvia, unless mandatory laws of your country of residence dictate otherwise.
